Letter From The Editor
Jason Matthew
Welcome to the second volume of The Jason Journal! This issue, we dove deep into the world of music in all its forms. From albums that are shaping today’s soundscape to the cinematic musical Wicked For Good, which brings music to life on the big screen. This issue includes stories that celebrate the creativity, emotion, and storytelling power of music.
While most of this issue revolves around music, we also take a moment to explore visual art. This magazine will always leave room for whatever speaks to us at the time—reminding us that creativity isn’t limited to a single medium. I am thrilled to share a piece on SFMOMA’s latest exhibition KAWS:FAMILY.
We hope this volume inspires you to explore new sounds and appreciate the artistry that surrounds us every day. Thank you for joining us on this journey—here’s to the music, the art, and the stories yet to be discovered.
